Brian Dufresne is the Director of Business Development at Great Eastern Energy. He’s responsible for developing new clients and maintaining existing relationships within all market segments. Brian came to Great Eastern Energy with 12 years of energy industry experience in electric and gas commodity sales. He has a vast understanding on how both broker and direct sales relationships work which aids in his ability to satisfy the needs and requirements of his target customers.
Passionate, energetic, driven are the best ways to describe Brian and a core value of his is to build and maintain strong relationships which has been one of his keys to success. Brian’s consultative “Less talk, more listening” approach, allows him to gather a deeper understanding of a customer’s business in order to provide a complete energy solution.
Having served our Country as member of the United States Navy, Brian’s military experience taught him respect and discipline which has played a large role in his accomplishments today.
Brian takes an active role within his community being an elected member of the Planning and Zoning Board for his home town of Cromwell, CT for 9+ years. Along with this, he is the Vice President of the Football Booster Club and stays actively involved with his two sons. He believes in a healthy work life balance along with and take giving positive contributions back to the community as a responsibility.
